General Terms
You must be 18 years or older to make use of this website and the services, and by doing so you warrant that you are a major. By using this website and subscribing to the services, you consent to your personal information being utilised by Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show who may use this information for purposes of liaising with you regarding further offers, provide you with information and/or promotional material.
Ticket Delivery
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, tickets will be delivered via email enabling the customer to print out their tickets or by displaying it on their smartphone.
Goods Delivery
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, goods will be delivered via courier or self-pickup as indicated on the purchase documents.
Delivery of services
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, services will be delivered or performed as indicated on the purchase documents.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show for events, is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Hobby Show will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2% administration fee. Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show also has the right to postpone an event, booking and trip due to inclement weather or a major emergency, in which case tickets for the postponed event will be accepted at the re-scheduled event. Any refunds will be issued using the same method and card of payment that was used to purchase the ticket.
Customer Privacy Policy
Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Security
Credit card transactions will be handled for Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd. Peach Payments makes use of enterprise-grade security and no credit card details are stored on this website. No sensitive cardholder data is stored on merchants' servers at any time for either once-off or subscription payments. When a user opts to store card details on a website using Peach Payments, these details are stored by Peach Payments in a PCI DSS level 1 compliant vault. Sensitive cardholder details are directly transmitted from users’ browsers to Peach Payment’s systems. Merchants' staff and systems do not have access to complete card number details at any point in time, on Peach Payments platforms.

Merchant Country, Transaction Currency and Pricing
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). All prices indicated will be inclusive of VAT.
Responsibility
Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods and services.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Amaconference (Pty) Ltd T/A The Hobby Show chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 240 Frangipani Street, La Montagne, Pretoria 0184.
Adjustments to Terms and Conditions
We may change our terms of use from time to time. Such changes will take effect as and when published. Please keep up to date with their content and read these terms of use on a regular basis as the current version of these terms will apply to your use. Using our booking system constitutes a deemed acceptance of such amended terms of use.
Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The lucky draw is conducted by Amaconference (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number:

Competition Name: The Hobby Show Kids Ticket Lucky Draw
Eligibility:
Open to South African residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter on behalf of minors.
Maximum 5 free kids tickets may be downloaded per person. Each FREE kids ticket download counts as one entry into the lucky draw.
Entry Period:
The competition opens on 1 July and closes when 3000 free kids tickets have been
downloaded or on 31 July 2025, whichever comes first.
Draw Date & Prize:
The winner will be selected in a random draw held at 12:00 on 15 August 2025.
The prize is a R5000 spending spree voucher, redeemable at The Hobby Show.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted via email and phone call within 3 business days of the
draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, a new winner
may be selected.
General Terms:
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Amaconference (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
By entering, the participant agrees to receive marketing and event-related emails.
Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with South African data
protection laws (POPIA).
The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
